Solana Beach, CA, April 20, 2021: Omg! Optical Marketing Group, the Southern California based design collective is proud to announce the release of their
newest “Lookbook” featuring a variety of the companies award-winning practice designs. This new oversized Lookbook, which is available in both print and digital
versions communicates the unique benefits of OMG and Contenlinq’s (Omg’s sister company) phygital merchandising solutions.

“We have found that a well designed practice that is appealing to the patient and staff generates an average of 97% more revenue than one that has been put together by chance” stated Bill Gerber, CEO OMG + Contentlinq.

Poor design and execution is a key factor behind the capture rate crisis most practices are experiencing. “We are delighted to work with some of the best and brightest to bring their practice design dreams to reality and are proud to feature this work in our new Lookbook” adds Gerber. The piece features the designs of Virginia Eyecare Center, Eyecare Associates of Spokane Valley, Authier Miller Pape (AMP) Eyecare, Glendale Optometric Center, Vision Source of Arlington, Iron Horse Optometric Group, Gig Harbor Eyecare and Invision Optometry.

While the optical products and services that are being offered today are nothing short of miraculous, too often they are presented in locations that are not up to par. This discrepancy is like performing a Broadway show in a run down theatre. According to a recently completed research study, it is estimated that optical retailers are leaving one dollar on the table for every dollar collected. With the Amazon experience normalized, simplicity is what customers and patients are looking for – the easier it is to identify and learn about a product, the less friction in translating a sale.

Experience is everything. “This year we really utilized the digital aspect by adding QR codes to the Lookbook so prospective clients can scan the code to see more details, including additional testimonials, pictures and videos, of each project” added Gerber.
