Omg! was founded by Bill Gerber and is based in Southern California. The team includes interior, architectural, UX, and graphic designers, along with in-house marketers, production staff, and installation and support specialists — all focused on creating compelling medical and retail experiences for eye care providers.

Yes. In addition to selling signage and digital signage hardware, Omg! provides complete signage design services — including strategic placement planning, custom artwork design, and content integration for wall murals, window graphics, and digital displays.

Our process follows six streamlined phases:

  1. Phase 1: Discovery + Complimentary Space Plan + Estimate — We learn about your vision, style, preferences, and timelines to create a complimentary space plan and project estimate that maximizes traffic flow, sightlines, and spatial efficiency across clinical and retail areas.
  2. Phase 2: Pre-Construction Drawings — Upon deposit and approval, Omg! provides dimensional, electrical, and reflected ceiling plans to ensure local installation of Omg!-supplied elements runs smoothly.
  3. Phase 3: Interior Design — Our detailed planning service guides your selection of fixtures, flooring, lighting, paint, artwork, furniture, signage, and finishes to deliver the full Omg! effect.
  4. Phase 4: Construction Drawings — Omg! supplies floor plans, elevations, and installation manuals, working directly with your contractor to facilitate a seamless buildout.
  5. Phase 5: Production — Once design choices and payment are finalized, we manufacture your elements using commercial-grade, high-quality materials built for longevity.
  6. Phase 6: Omg! Elements Delivery & Installation — We coordinate closely with you and your contractor to schedule timely delivery and remain available for questions throughout final installation.

Shipping, Logistics & Installation

Because our fixtures utilize commercial-grade glass, wood, metals, and electronics, we take extra care in logistics. Products are securely crated, flat-packed, or palletized depending on size to prevent damage during transit. Larger display systems ship via freight carriers equipped with lift-gate service.

We primarily ship across the United States and Canada. If you require delivery outside North America, please contact our team directly to discuss custom shipping arrangements and freight quotes.

Lead times vary by product type:

  • Standard Accessories & Displays: Typically ship within 1 to 2 weeks.
  • Modular Systems & Custom Graphics: Generally take 4 to 6 weeks for production and quality inspection.
  • Full Practice Redesigns: Timelines are tied to your overall project plan, with delivery scheduled in coordination with your contractor.

Yes. Every display system and fixture ships with detailed assembly manuals and installation guides. For practice redesigns, we provide full Pre-Construction and Construction Drawing packages — including electrical placement, reflected ceiling plans, and dimensioned wall layouts — so your local contractor can complete the installation seamlessly. Our team is also accessible throughout the delivery process to answer contractor questions.

Because our fixtures, signage, and display systems are custom-made to order, all custom production sales are final once approved. Unopened, standard catalog accessories (such as individual trays or frame risers) may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs. Damaged or defective items reported within 5 business days of delivery will be repaired or replaced immediately.

Speaking & Education

Yes. Bill Gerber, founder of Omg! and an ABO/NCLE/COPE-approved speaker, is available to speak at conferences and industry events on topics such as practice design psychology, point-of-purchase strategy, and optical marketing in a digital-first world. Sessions are typically offered as a 90-minute keynote or a 6-hour workshop.
